Arrival and departure
Arrival from 4 pm.
On the day of arrival, your booked flat is generally available from 4 pm. Depending on availability, an earlier arrival is possible. Rarely, however, before 13/14 o’clock. Please feel free to contact us. Later arrivals are possible by arrangement.
Departure until 10 am.
We meet to hand over the keys at 10 am.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer later check-out times.
The given departure time enables us to achieve our guaranteed high standard of cleanliness.
Basic prices
In the holiday flat Maare, 55sqm, 1st floor, large terrace, 1 bedroom:
from 2 persons 92€ basic price per night // bookable from 2 nights with surcharge //discounts from 7 nights
In the Therme and Kondel holiday flats, 75sqm, 1st/2nd floor, mini balconies, 2 bedrooms:

In the holiday flat Hundeglück- family, paws & friends, 126sqm, ground floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets:

Dogs
Hunde sind nur in der Wohnung Hundeglück – family, paws & friends, (126sqm, ground floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets).
Dogs must be well behaved and may only be left alone if they do not bark incessantly.
Beds are taboo for the animals. We have a water connection outside and provide dog towels for drying off. The owner is liable for any damage.
Up to 4 dogs are allowed.
No extra costs.
Kids
Children under 3 years travel free of charge*.
*IMPORTANT: When booking online, you must not be included if you wish to receive the bonus!
We are happy to provide a high chair, travel cot and/or safety cot free of charge on request (limited availability).
It is possible to park the pushchair in the entrance area.
Terms and conditions
Resting periods
Room volume between 10 pm and 8 am.
Haus Alleegarten holiday flats is not a party location. Groups are very welcome, but must adhere to our house rules regarding volume and quiet times.
Cancellation conditions
A deposit of 20% of the rental price is due at the time of booking and also serves as a booking confirmation. In the event of cancellation up to 1 week before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a processing fee.
From 7 days before arrival no refund is possible.
In your own interest, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Please transfer the remaining payment at least 2 weeks before arrival.
